لەدووچارکەسەدە دەبێت کە ڕۆژئاوا ئەمریکاو ئەورووپابە بەگشتی خەریکن لەڕۆژ هەڵات جگەلەبەرژوەندیەکانی خۆیان بەرژەوەندی گەورەشیان چەسپاندنی سیستەمی عەلمانی و دوورخستنەوەی ئاین لەناوەندەکانی دەسەڵات بەشێوەیەکی ڕەها.
گرتن و کوشتن و ڕووخانی دەوڵەت لەناوبردنی حزب و درووست کردنی حزب بەفۆڕمی خۆیان ویستویانە. بەئارزووی خۆیان هەرچی بەویستی ئەوان نەجوڵابێتەوەیان مەترسی لەسەر بەرژەوەندیەکانی ئەوان هەبووبێت ئەوە ناویان ناوە تیرۆرست
کارکردن نەک لێرە بەڵکو لەکیشوەرەکانی تریش ئەمریکای لاتی و ئەفریقاش هەمان فۆڕمیان بەکارهێناوە بەڵام لەزووەکان لەوێوە شکەستیان خواردووەو ڕووخانی کۆمەڵێک دەوڵەت لەسەر یەک کۆمپانیا تەنها کەلەگەڵ بەرژەوەندیەکانی ئەوان نەبووە.
دامەزراندنی سیستەمی سیکۆلارس لەڕۆژهەڵات بەگشتی شکەستی هێناوەو ئەو وڵاتانە بەهەموویی لەگەڵ سیستەمی ئەورووپی ئەمریکی دانین و نابن، ئەوەی ئێستا لەئەفغانستان ڕوویدا دەرەنجامەکەیەتی و بێگومان وڵاتانی تریش لێی بەدوورنابن، ئەو وڵات و هاوڵاتیانەی دوێنێ تیرۆرست بوون
ئەمڕۆ لەسەرئاستی وڵاتانی دیموکرات و سۆسیالیست و سیکۆلاریسم بەدوور لە تیرۆرسم ناوزەند دەکرێن و بەدی
